Given our low-tax regime, many goods have become extremely popular purchases amongst our holiday apartment visitors. These range from sports equipment and clothing, perfume. gifts, electronics, pharmaceuticals and branded clothing, motor accessories, jewellery and the like. Most of these items can be exported in reasonable quantity without any customs formalities, due to our customs agreement with the European Union. However holiday apartment visitors should note that there are limits set on the quantity of such products as tobacco, alcohol, perfume and such items as milk, butter, cheese, sugar, sweets and chocolate count in the overall value of purchase allowable in total.
As a guide, holiday apartment visitors should be aware of the following allowances:Coffee: 1.000grs or 400grs of coffee extract.
Tea: 200g or 80g of tea extract.
Alcohol (persons over 16): 1,5 litres over 22º or
3 litres of alcohol under 22º or 5 litres of table wine.
Tobacco (persons over 16):
300 cigarettes or 150 cigars up to a maximum 3grs each or
75 Cigars over 3grs each or 400grs of pipe tobacco.

The Principality of Andorra consists mainly of three large mountain valleys in the form of a Y,
